CEO
Jackie has been in the Disaster Restoration industry since 1994. She was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin and relocated to Jupiter Florida with her parents when she was only 1 years old. Her family settled in Jupiter Farms where she was raised. She enjoys the beach, yoga and spending time with her family. Jackie has two grown children, one living in Los Angeles, California and her son in Stuart, Florida. When a disaster strikes, your world and your home may be turned upside down. Joel
Quality Control Executive
Joel grew up in Orlando, Florida where he was very much into sports and feels that has helped shape him into the man he is today. Joel and wife Jackie have 2 grown kids who they are very proud of. In his spare time, Joel enjoys fishing and fantasy football. In the 1990’s, while living in Amelia Island, Joel helped a friend who ran a disaster restoration service. It was his experience in this field and his love of fishing that took him back down to South Florida in 1994. Since the he has been providing peace of mind to families and business owners throughout South Florida.
Josh
Operations Manager
Josh was born and raised in Florida. He is an avid diver, sports fan and loves to fish. After High School he attended USC Upstate in South Carolina on a baseball scholarship. Since then, he has invested countless hours of hard labor, training and certification - along with his heart - in to operating the family business. He is proudly carrying on the honesty and integrity that the business was built with. He is a Certified Mold Remediator & IICRC Certified. Along with the dedicated staff at DRYOUTPpro PLUS Josh is committed to providing customers with peace of mind in their time of need. That is why he and his employees are on call 24/7/365.
Cathy
Receptionist/Customer Service
Cathy has been our Receptionist for over a decade. She is a our wonderful Customer Service Representative and has been with the company since 2006. She was born in Manhattan, New York, but moved often as a child, covering various cities throughout New York and Pennsylvania, where she met her husband in the 6th grade. Cathy and her husband have been married 45+ years, with one daughter and 2 grandchildren. This is ultimately why they now reside here in Florida. Other than being a grandmother and her passion for family time, she enjoys working around the house and reading. Cathy enjoys the work she does here at DRYOUTpro PLUS, as it is both challenging and rewarding when she helps put our customer’s lives back on track.
Angel
Production Crew Chief
Angel moved from Brooklyn, New York to Florida at a young age. He now has 2 sons who he spends most of his free time with. In 2012, Angel was introduced to DRYOUTpro PLUS by his brother, and continued in this field because he is happy to help families who have undergone disasters. He takes pride in the work he does, and is WRT, CEMR, and lead removal certified. Angel looks up to heroes like Batman for having the courage to put his life in danger by facing dangerous criminals. What sets Angel apart from others is his ability to remain happy no matter what situations life throws his way! ..A very important trait during times of crisis.
Carmelo

Carmelo grew up in and was shaped by New York. He and his wife are blessed with 2 beautiful daughters. Carmelo likes to spend his spare time kicking back and not doing too much. Carmelo is inspired by money, which has made him a hard-working and dedicated employee here at DRYOUTpro PLUS since 2005. When a disaster strikes, your world and your home may be turned upside down. Helping families in a time of crisis is what I feel passionate about.
