  • Water mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup and odor control
  • Setting up and monitoring drying and air-quality equipment

Do I need restoration experience to apply?

It depends on the role. Lead positions call for field experience, but we value dependability, communication and a willingness to learn, and we provide training.

Is IICRC certification required?

It's preferred for some roles, but not required for every position. We support ongoing training and development for our team.

Is there on-call work?

Yes. Field team members take part in a scheduled on-call rotation, because emergencies happen around the clock.
